This private vacation rental home is located one mile from Blue Lake Ranch, on the tranquil banks of the La Plata River.  The River House, on the 90 acre Isgar Ranch, has been completely renovated and now has two large king bedrooms, each with a private outside entrance, two and a half luxury bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a fireplace, a dining area, and a reading alcove.  A patio with gas grill completes this stunning house on the river.
