The Ranch House started out as a small Norwegian Homestead that has seen several additions, most recently a large dining room for up to 5o people. The Ranch House is home to four guest accommodations and serves as Ranch Headquarters with its large gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and back patio area.

This large sunny private room is an entire wing of the Ranch House. Entered through a library hall with a window seat, the Garden Room has a gas fireplace with a chaise lounge and love seat, a large window seat and French doors opening onto a small private deck. There is also a king bed and antique writing desk. The large bath has a marble two-sink vanity and Japanese-style walk in shower and deep-soaking tub. This room is ideal for a romantic special occasion.

Unwind on the sitting deck overlooking Blue Lake and the gardens. This second story room has a king bedroom, gas fireplace in the living room, a wet bar and bathroom with jacuzzi tub for two.

The Mesa Verde Suite

Overlooking Blue Lake and the La Plata Mountains, this suite with dormer windows in the upstairs queen bedroom has a downstairs living room and bath with a deep soaking tub.
