Located
on the Northeast corner of the Ranch with unsurpassed views of the La Plata Mountains,
this Southwest style building is surrounded by a prairie garden of native plants
and cacti and is frequented by deer and other wildlife. Casa Uno is home to two
suites - the Sunrise and Sunset, and one large room - the Sage Room. These accommodations
all have private entrances and outdoor sitting areas and are oriented to create
privacy for each accommodation. If however one large party needs the entire building,
all the accommodations can be joined through a central hallway and then six to
ten guests can be accommodated. |

panoramic mountain vista with views not only the La Platas but also the Sleeping
Ute Mountain to the west, is unparalleled on the Ranch. Southwestern art and comfortable
furnishings invite relaxation in the living room which has a gas burning fireplace
and wet bar equipped with a small sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker
and grinder. The spacious bedroom has a king bed and the large bath with rose
tiled Mexican limestone has a Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. The living room has
a queen fold-out sofa. A covered portal completes this haven of relaxation. |

rugs on vintage wooden floors and hand-hewn beams create a special ambiance in
this casita that is fully handicap accessible. There are spectacular mountain
views from the covered portal and living room which has a gas burning fireplace

and grinder. The large bedroom has a king bed and the spacious bath has a Jacuzzi

through it's own private coyote fenced garden courtyard, this large, sunny room
has a king bed, gas burning fireplace, vintage wood floors Southwest art and a
sitting area. The limestone tiled bath has a six foot soaking tub with shower.
